Return / exchange and refund policies

I. EXCHANGE

1. Conditions for bartering
- Time of exchange within 07 days from the date of purchase.
- Exchange goods must remain intact stamps, labels, unused and have purchase invoices attached.
- Customers are allowed to exchange products according to size or design requirements or due to manufacturing errors.
- Exchanges only apply to the full-priced products or discounted in the form of gift cards. Do not exchange products sold during the promotion if the company has a provision that goods must not be exchanged, or goods have been exchanged once before, unless the product has a technical error.

2. Value of exchanged goods:
- The exchanged product must have a value equal to or higher than the value of the goods previously purchased.

3. Time to resolve the exchange
- Product exchange immediately resolved no more than 01 day (24h)
- Products need to be verified due to manufacturing errors resolved within 3 days (except Sundays and public holidays)

4. Cases of refusal to exchange products:
- Does not meet the conditions of barter as mentioned above
- Goods look new, intact, but there are signs of dirt, scratches, accessories of the goods are no longer complete or damaged by agents outside the store after buying.

II. STORE

1. Conditions for fixing goods:
-Just perform simple repairs. Not receiving complicated product repairs can deform the standard design of the product.
-Not accepting repair of products sold in the promotion

2. Cost:
-The Company will bear repair costs for all full-priced items

3. Handling time for goods repair:
-The store must not exceed 03 working days from the time the customer requests the repair, other cases as agreed upon between the customer and the store.

III. RETURNS
HagaSmartech does not accept returns for cash in any case.
