I. Warranty commitment for all HagaSmartech brand products

2. Warranty conditions
- Customers are entitled to the warranty if the product meets the following conditions:
- Products are still in the warranty period of HagaSmartech.

- The "Warranty Card held by the customer" is still intact, the information written on it must be clear, without traces of erasing or correction.
- The serial number on the warranty card must match the product serial number of the company.

- Refuse warranty if violating one of the following cases:
- Due to misuse of instructions or improper installation.
- Invalid warranty card: no product information, torn, erased, modified information ...
- The product is physically damaged (such as cracked, broken, missing, chipped, burnt, exploded, wet, bent, etc.)
- The product is used for wrong purposes not according to the company's instructions.
- The product has been changed to an incorrect structure with the original product of the company.
