We are currently looking for a Phone & Computer Repair Technician to join our skilled and professional technical team.

📌 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Repair hardware and software issues for devices such as phones, computers, iPads, and smartwatches
• Diagnose issues and provide appropriate repair solutions
• Provide technical consultation and customer support regarding device usage
• Ensure repair quality and maintain customer data security

📌 REQUIREMENTS

• 1–2 years of experience in phone and computer repair
• Good knowledge of major brands such as Apple, Samsung, Dell, Surface, etc.
• Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible in work
• Good communication skills; basic English communication is a plus
• Willingness to learn and improve technical skills
